Policy

By receiving the goods the customer is agreeing to the following terms:

1. All sales are final, claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Full ownership stays with Kachina until invoice is paid in full.

2. All returns require prior RMA# and will be replaced or credited to your account (no refunds) less a 15% restocking fee.

3. A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be charged on all past due accounts accrued from date of invoice, plus a $25.00 service fee for all returned checks and 3 times the amount of check, plus all reasonable attorneys’ and collection fees.

4. All special orders and closeouts require 30% non-refundable deposit upon order.

5. Authorizing us to charge any credit card on file. If you disagree with any of the terms, please refuse the goods or return it within 7 days. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California USA, exclusive jurisdiction of Orange County court.
